Westwood Karting Round 6: Chilliwack, British Columbia

Round 6 of the Westwood Karting Series was held in Chilliwack, B.C. on September 7-8. David Jurca put in a great performance to qualify on the outside of the front row. In the prefinal, Jurca pulled away and won. In the final, it started to rain and Jurca had a battle on his hands with Lorenzo Mandarino. On the last lap, David made a great pass at the end of the straightaway to take a well deserved win. After the race, Jurca said: "It was a close race between Mandarino and me. The conditions were tricky in the rain, but it was a lot of fun and my ITALKART handled well.
