On Saturday, David qualifiied sixth and would finish sixth in the prefinal. Jurca struggled with the handling of his kart all weekend, unable to find the right balance. He would finish fourth in the final. A solid result for some good points. Sunday was not any better. After making drastic changes overnight between Saturday and Sunday, Jurca would qualify 11th. He would make it up to 8th in the prefinal, eventually finishing 7th in the final. After the race, Jurca said: "I just couldn't find the right balance for my kart all weekend. I was happy to have finished both races, and finish fifth in the SKUSA ProMoto Western Zone Championship in the SuperPro class as a rookie. On
July 19-21, David Jurca and the Italian Motors traveled to Canby,
Oregon for the final Western round of the ProMoto Tour. Jurca would
compete in the ultra competitive SuperPro class, where the best
in the nation compete. The weekend was split into two seperate race
days. Saturday would be qualifying, a prefinal, and a final and
the same would go for Sunday.
